We integrate Traditional Massage, Myofascial Release , Cranio Sacral Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping, Trigger Point, Thai Massage and Energy Work into these sessions.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy is a special time in a woman’s life and during that special time the body incurs a lot of changes. Bones have to shift, weight changes and we carry ourselves differently. Massage Therapy is a wonderful way of supporting your changing body through this process. I always advise clients to get at the minimum, 1 massage per Trimester.

Massage & Bodywork
With over 18 years in practice Leslie brings a wealth of knowledge to her sessions . There are many different effective modalities in the Massage & Bodywork arena. Often times Leslie utilizes several during a session so that her clients body gets what’s it needs. There are a few very special styles of Massage that are really in a category of their own. These session will be different that a typical Massage. The sessions I am referring to are Myofascial Release and Cranio - Sacral Therapy. During those session oil is not used so that we can address the Fiscal Tissue and Treat the Cranio- Sacral Rythym properly.
